We are looking for people who can help our international patients improving their experience in our clinic.
Our clinic is located in an international resort area, and our patients are from all over the world. However, it is not a fun experience to come to a clinic during their holiday. To ease their minds, we are looking for someone who can help and support our patients in English or other languages throughout their visits, so that they can receive medical care smoothly and comfortably.
There are no qualifications required. You can apply even if you have no experience.

Job type ①： Patient Assistant
Helping patients for followings (but not limited to…)
- Reception and medical questionnair
- Inquiries and requests
- Transportation and examination of patients (especially for ones injured).
- Fitting for braces and supporters
- Checkout and arrangement of transportation back home
- Other miscellaneous duties such as cleaning, washing medical equipment, etc.
Job type ②：Nursing Assistant
- Assistance with patient transfers and examinations
- Assistance in applying orthotic devices such as supporters and braces
- Assistance in preparing prescriptions
- Cleaning, medical equipment cleaning, setup, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese / Chinese is a plus.
- Team player and caring for others.
- Close attention to detail. PC skill is a plus
Preferred experience:
- Services for foreign tourists, such as concierge, front desk, information desk, etc.
- Nursing, caregiver etc.
Contract Period and expected working hours:
- November to March, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ※Working hours are negotiable.
Wage:
- JPY 1,000 to 2,000 per hour (depending on ability)
