We accept walk-in patients once you have received a ticket number online. This will avoid a long queue* and save you waiting time in the clinic. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">*Waiting queue could be more than 2 hours.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Booking for your visit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that online booking site denies access from international data services and can only be accessed from Japanese wifi\/data services.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Please ensure you are connected to local wifi when you access the booking site<\/span><\/strong>. \u21d2 <a href=\"https:\/\/niseko-nic.reserve.ne.jp\/sp\/index.php?history=index.php%3Flang%3Denglish%26no_cache%3D1701235788%26json_flg%3D1%26cdgt%3D89c0b030726100498715108ad528fb7f&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"NIC ONLINE BOOKING\">NIC ONLINE BOOKING<\/a> from here<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have two booking options: Fever Clinic and General Outpatient<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">FEVER CLINIC<\/mark><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is for people who have cold\/flu like symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, vomiting etc., or when some virus\/bacterial infections suspected.  You can book here if you may or may not have a fever.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online Booking open at 8am for AM slots and 10am for PM slots on the same day. You cannot book a day in advance.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">GENERAL OUTPATIENT<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is for general consultation and for people who does not have cold-like symptoms. Any symptoms such as orthopaedic, skin problems, prescriptions etc. please choose this option.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online Booking open at 8am for AM slots and 10am for PM slots on the same day. Check your booking status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please go to \u201cMy Page\u201d to check your booking. When the waiting queue is long, please check waiting queue status and come to the clinic when your number is closer to being called (about 2-3 numbers before yours is a good time to come into the clinic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.niseko-nic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Mypage-1-1024x709.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-732\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Complete a medical questionnaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When your booking is complete, please proceed to a medical questionnaire. A detailed medical questionnaire helps a smoother registration process and necessary preparation to provide better medical services.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.niseko-nic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ee3be1d100caf1aa771552d59c2bd436-1024x709.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-724\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. When you arrive in NIC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fever Clinic:<\/strong> Please go to the fever clinic building, which is the trailer house in a parking lot. Please call nurse inside using interphone at the entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Outpatient<\/strong>: Please go to the main building and let the receptions know your ticket number.
