Administration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome and assist patients in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register patients and support clinic administrative procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with insurance paperwork and patient documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process payments and issue receipts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with local clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support patients with general questions, directions, and transport arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Patient Support &amp; Winter Operations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with transport coordination during busy clinic periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help patients safely enter and exit vehicles where necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When required, drive patients and staff using company vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support general clinic cleaning operations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with basic snow clearing around clinic entrances and accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide occasional staff transport between accommodation and clinic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluent English communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reception or administration experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident interpersonal and customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available for the full winter season (December\u2013March)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current driver\u2019s licence with ability to legally drive in Japan (International Drivers Permit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Highly Regarded (but not essential)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hospitality or tourism experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical, nursing, physiotherapy, or caregiving background<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with international guests or patients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience driving vans or larger vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First Aid qualifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional language skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience driving in winter\/snow conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
