{"id":81,"date":"2026-03-25T10:36:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T01:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.niseko-nic.com\/news\/index.php\/2025\/08\/22\/post-0\/"},"modified":"2026-03-26T18:17:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T09:17:13","slug":"post-0-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.niseko-nic.com\/news\/en\/2026\/03\/25\/post-0-14\/","title":{"rendered":"Clinical Training Program for Foreign Nurses Winter Season 2026\u20132027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c9365267f914bd71ea50e5e539e3962b\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0Program Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>About Niseko International Clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niseko International Clinic is officially designated by Japan\u2019s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a clinical training institution for foreign medical professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niseko, located in Hokkaido, is a world-famous winter resort, and during the winter season our clinic treats a large number of international patients from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this program, you will work together with a multicultural medical team and gain clinical experience in an international healthcare environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently accepting applications from foreign-licensed nurses who can participate in the winter season program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0<strong>Location<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Niseko International Clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0<strong>Training Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Early December 2026 \u2013 Late March 2027<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants who can participate for the full 4-month period will be given priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 days \/week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximately 8\u20139 hours \/day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extension possible (up to 2 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa sponsorship available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0<strong>Positions Available<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 nurses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0<strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold a valid nursing license<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have at least 3 years of clinical experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to communicate in English in a medical setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be physically and mentally fit for a busy winter season<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to work cooperatively in a multicultural team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preferred experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency \/ ER<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orthopedics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outpatient care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IV therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sports injuries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Japanese language ability is welcome but not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">\u25a0<strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assisting in fever outpatient clinic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intravenous (IV) therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outpatient patient care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting physicians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trauma \/ urgent care support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not an observership.<br>Participants will work as part of the clinical team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>\u25a0Program Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MHLW-approved training institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International medical team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large number of foreign patients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-volume winter clinical practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many sports injury cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our philosophy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work hard, Play harder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience world-class powder snow and real international medicine at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>\u25a0Support &amp;
