Clinical Training Program for Foreign Nurses Winter Season 2026–2027
■Program Overview
About Niseko International Clinic
Niseko International Clinic is officially designated by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a clinical training institution for foreign medical professionals.
Niseko, located in Hokkaido, is a world-famous winter resort, and during the winter season our clinic treats a large number of international patients from all over the world.
Through this program, you will work together with a multicultural medical team and gain clinical experience in an international healthcare environment.
We are currently accepting applications from foreign-licensed nurses who can participate in the winter season program.

Niseko International Clinic
■Training Period
Early December 2026 – Late March 2027
Applicants who can participate for the full 4-month period will be given priority.
- 5 days /week
- Approximately 8–9 hours /day
- Extension possible (up to 2 years)
- Visa sponsorship available
■Positions Available
2 nurses
■Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid nursing license
- Have at least 3 years of clinical experience
- Be able to communicate in English in a medical setting
- Be physically and mentally fit for a busy winter season
- Be able to work cooperatively in a multicultural team environment
Preferred experience:
- Emergency / ER
- Orthopedics
- Outpatient care
- IV therapy
- Sports injuries
Japanese language ability is welcome but not required.
■Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in fever outpatient clinic
- Intravenous (IV) therapy
- Outpatient patient care
- Supporting physicians
- Trauma / urgent care support
This is not an observership.
Participants will work as part of the clinical team.
