Winter Clinic Schedule Notice (Starting December 15)

Our winter clinic schedule will begin on December 15, and some changes will be made to our operating hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

During the winter season, our doctors will also be providing care at the Mountain Clinic Hirafu (inside Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort) and at the Fever Clinic.
Because of this, our regular doctors may be unavailable on certain days.
If you have a regular physician, we kindly ask that you check their working schedule before visiting.

Please note that you must complete your check-in within our designated reception hours.
If you arrive after the reception has closed, we will not be able to provide a consultation.
We appreciate your cooperation in arriving with enough time to spare.

As previously announced, JP insurance-covered consultations are available on weekdays only.
Weekends, public holidays, and the New Year period will be treated as holiday consultations, and an after-hours fee (2,000 yen) will apply.
We kindly encourage patients to visit during weekday clinic hours whenever possible.

Please be especially mindful that the New Year period includes an extended holiday, and pharmacies will also be closed.
If you take regular medications, please check your remaining supply in advance and plan your visit accordingly.
