💉Influenza Vaccination Information👾

Vaccination Details:

• Appointment Start Date: October 1st
• How to Book: Book through the website’s reservation page by the day before your desired date

• Vaccination Period: October 13 to December 5th (ends when vaccines run out) 

Eligible Individuals:

• From 6 months old and above
  • For children under 13 years old, it is recommended to receive two doses at an interval of 2–4 weeks.
  • FulMist requires only one dose for any age.

Vaccination Cost (per person, per shot, tax included):

• Injection : ¥4,000
• Nasal Spray（FluMist) : ¥8,500 *Available only for ages 2 to 18

We are also offering FluMist (a nasal spray type influenza vaccine). With FluMist, only one dose is required.

※ Web Booking is not available for FluMist.　Please email or call us for availability.
※ Please note that FluMist is not covered by municipal subsidies.

Additional Information:

• Residents of Kutchan who receive subsidies need to complete a specifial paper form medical questionnaire. Please pick it up beforehand or fill it out on the day of your vaccination.
• If you receive a subsidy from a municipality other than Kutchan, you must present a vaccination request form issued by your municipality. Please contact your municipality in advance before making an appointment.
• For companies or organizations wishing to make a group payment, a dedicated reservation menu will be created. Please consult our clinic in advance.

For groups of 10 or more people, we also offer on-site vaccinations at your company or organization. If interested, please contact our clinic.
