This year’s influenza vaccination appointments will begin on October 1st. Vaccinations are scheduled to start on October 14th.

Please make your appointment through our clinic’s website by the day before your desired vaccination date.

Vaccination Details:

• Appointment Start Date: October 1st

• Vaccination Period: October 14 to December 13th (ends when vaccines run out)
  • ・Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri : AM 9:00-12:00/PM 14:00-17:00
    ・Sat : AM 9:00-12:00　
  • Up to 3 people per 30-minute slot

Eligible Individuals:

• From 6 months old and above
  • For children under 13 years old, it is recommended to receive two doses at an interval of 2–4 weeks.

Vaccination Cost (per person, per shot, tax included):

• Injection : ¥4,000
• Nasal Spray : ¥8,500 *Available only for ages 2 to 18

Starting this year, we are also offering FluMist (a nasal spray type influenza vaccine). With FluMist, only one dose is required.
Please note that quantities are limited. If you would like FluMist, be sure to select it when making your reservation.

※ FluMist is not covered by local government subsidies.

Additional Information:

• Residents of Kutchan who receive subsidies need to complete a specifial paper form medical questionnaire. Please pick it up beforehand or fill it out on the day of your vaccination.
• If you receive a subsidy from a municipality other than Kutchan, you must present a vaccination request form issued by your municipality. Please contact your municipality in advance before making an appointment.
• For companies or organizations wishing to make a group payment, a dedicated reservation menu will be created. Please consult our clinic in advance.
• For groups of 10 or more people, we also offer on-site vaccinations at your company or organization. If interested, please contact our clinic.
