If you have overseas travel insurance, you will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of checkout. (Various types of credit cards are accepted.)
Please note that we will not bill your travel insurance company.
If you are unable to present your original Japanese health insurance card, you will be charged at the 100% rate.
Then, please complete the refund procedure by yourself at a later date.

If you are a hotel staff, please let your guests know how to get to NIC.
If you have our clinic leaflet, please give it to them as it contains the address and phone number.
If you have difficulty finding transportation to NIC, please call us. We might be able to arrange transportation.

STEP3. Registration
Please go to the reception and let them know your arrival. Please give them your identifications such as passports or health insurance cards to complete registration.
STEP4. Treatment
We take the time to treat each and every patient with the utmost care.
In addition, all of our staff are bilingual. Foreigners who have difficulty speaking Japanese can also receive medical treatment at ease.
STEP5. Checkout
Payment can be made in Japanese yen or by credit card.

Travel Vaccination Schedule
*A reservation including the vaccine fee and the initial consultation fee (JPY 3,300) is required.
*If you would like our clinic to determine and recommend the necessary vaccinations for overseas travel, a detailed vaccination schedule may need to be prepared.
In such cases, a scheduling fee of JPY 13,200 will apply.
* Vaccinations for children must be considered on together with their mandatory periodical vaccinations; individual consutation is required
* Regarding effective period of vaccine, refer JSTH (Japanese Society of Travel and Health)
* Regarding previously vaccinated rabies dosing interval, refer WHO position paper (April 2018)
* Importation delivery cost (JPY 35,000) and importation tax (JPY 5,000) will be added to vaccine fee when it is imported.
