A complete health check will be conducted by our doctors to ensure there are no underlying conditions. NWC is certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "physical activity-based health promotion facility" and has also received certification as a "designated exercise therapy facility" designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. By obtaining this certification, fees for facility usage such as membership fees are considered medical expenses when collaborating with medical institutions (requiring a doctor's prescription), making them eligible for "medical expense deductions."
MEDICAL FITNESS - RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Please bring your own towel.
- Please handle the machines carefully, gently, and cleanly.
- Please clean up all machines or equipment after use.
- Do not occupy exercise equipment for long periods of time, please share with others.
- Ensure to minimize noise whilst using equipment.
- Do not shout/scream or make any excessive noise.
- Respect other members and staff.
- During supervised hours, please contact our staff immediately if you or other members require medical attention.
- You must have had a doctor’s review prior to working out alone during unsupervised hours.
- In case of emergency during unsupervised hours, please call #119.
