CONTACT / FAQ
Can you refer on for specialist treatment or to tertiary care hospitals?
We have an established partnership with local hospitals and clinics to ensure that our patients get the care that they need at the best and most appropriate facility. We can refer patients to the appropriate hospital if special investigations or treatments are necessary. Similarly, patients from other medical facilities may be referred to us if their condition is stable, for example for review after discharge. Please feel free to ask for a referral letter if you have a specific hospital you wish to visit.
Do you provide after-hours care?
We do not provide after-hours medical services as we are not a designated emergency hospital. Emergency and nighttime medical services are provided by Kutchan-Kosei General Hospital. In case of severe injuries or illnesses during nighttime, please contact Kutchan-Kosei General Hospital before your visit.
